It's the stupid bluetooth touchscreen thing that comes with the car. I'm actually going to remove it and get a Bury universal cradle so I can use it for my phone instead. No idea why VW keep installing these things when they are completely pointless.

I've also just found out from a dealer bulletin that it is not compatible with iPhone 5 and 4S running IOS 6 operating system and there is no plan to update. How ridiculous.

The mrs' Polo runs this BT system and her iPhone 4S with iOS 6 is working fine.. although she now advises me there is a newer 6.1 version that she hasn't updated yet. I'm pretty certain my 5 is running the latest so I can always try to connect it later..
