Anyways I don't want to hi jack your thread and don't take any offense to what i write but i seen your signature dealing with fiberglass, not sure if the kit you have is fiberglass or plastic but have you ever thought about modifying the kit for a cleaner smoother look. I been around kits for a while now my last big project was a swift gti that i modified a existing after market kit, smoothing out lines and changing it up alittle had some good feedback from doing this.

I had a play with one of your pix on photo shop if your interested PM me
yeh live on middle road mate. kit is plastic being genuine rieger. plastic and fibreglass dont always tend to bond really well. have thought about it with the old kit but didnt want to go through all the hassle i tend to start jobs of my own and not finish because im not getting paid for it haha. started making and esky about 2yrs ago sits in the garage unfinished. will PM you though

I can never get my head around why people do what your doing.
Wouldnt a civic be cheaper? Why not spend it on engine mods or a mean sterio or at least a set of wicked rims or some sweet body work? How can you not see that the kit doesnt compliment or improve on the design of the car? What benefits are there from it apart from impressing yourself and 12yr olds?
Fair enough its what you want, but I have never understood why.

Maby a good paint job and an excelent stance will make it look decent.

same thing is why do people put a R32 kit on a GTI ect. Its all about modifying some people have different ideas then others. i took nothing constructive from what you said and see no point to the **** you just dribbled. At the end of the day im not here to impress anyone its my car i do what i want with it and i aint going to change it so just a certain few like it.

Looks heaps better painted. I actually don't mind it.
How does the front bumper bolt up. I mean factory ones bolt up to the radiator support behind the grille but your grille appears to be part of the bumper. Am I missing something?
Is the shark fin functional or a dummy?
I think spacers would enhance the kit some more.

Good work for doing something different!

I find that a bit harsh. Not everyone wants the same thing as the mainstream R32 kit. I actually applaud the idea of doing something different.
Also Rieger wouldn't make it if there wasn't a market for it.

I wasnt trying to be harsh, sorry if i offended you.

I dont see how its being different if heeps of people have the same kit slaped on a standard car. I realy hate it when people do a 'Fast n the Furious' and call it different and unique.
