Nice car boogz, sure you will get plenty of enjoyment from driving it. We look forward to a detailed review once you have run up some more Ks. Will be interesting to hear how the 1.4TSI and seven speed DSG perform.
Just curious, assuming you have driven a 2.0TFSI Jetta, how would you compare the two cars?

Originally the 2.0 TFSI had a "2.0 FSI" badge, these were replaced by the "TSI" badge quite some time ago, maybe 12 months or more. I'd guess they will continue to use the "TSI" badge on the 2.0 TFSI as well as the 1.4TSI. Confused? I'm sure I am!
Don't ask me the logic, to me there is none!

Pity the VWA website isn't up to date...

Welcome boogz! A Jetta with the TSI donk? Fantastic!
You're right - they sure do PULL!

You'll need top post the obligatory pics next! (ie more than you have - we'd be interested to see what other things they've changed.

Congratulations!! I have to say I like all the VW range at the moment.

A black Jetta certainly is a great pick up!!

    Congratulations,your Jetta looks stunning.
The 1.4 TSI model will have the TSI badge at the back, with NO mention of 1.4.
The TFSI models will continue to be badged as 2.0 TSI,and the new diesel models will be badges as 2.0 TDI.

Nice choice mate. I hear they are a brilliant engine. Make sure you don't baby it for the first 5000 or so K's, so the rings bed in properly etc. That'll ensure it doesn't chew oil and you get a great prolonged running life!
