    Thumbs up

Nice. It looks great as is, but yeah more black, silver wheels and a good slamming would finish it off nicely.... 8-)

Hey I just noticed your wipers go the other way....

    Yea it a UK import...
and apparently they came straight from Germany hence wipers going the wrong way..they just made em right hand drive.... as far as i know anyway.
All the mk2z ive seen on euro sites either LHD or RHD are like that.

Early Mk2s had the German wipers, later ones had them going the correct way. Cant remember the changeover year 87?

Your car looks phat Benny, only thing I`d change would be to big bumpers and wheels.

yea, ive been looking at some BSA BBS replicas in 17x7.. not shure yet, rather the real things ....id like to go with big bumpers if i could find a set (cheap cheap) aswell as G60 arches.

i think the wipers went the right way (for us) in 89..not shure..as mine is an 87 mod..dont ask me why my name is "86" gti....it turned out that way when i signed up, lol...too many jonnie walkers

I like the look with the BBSs mate. They are a top class wheel (#$%* to clean!) I'd personally keep the early bumpers. Plenty of old skoolers are using them now. Maybe now quite so low...
