Well ordered some more bits for the engine, timing belt kit, waterpump, gaskets etc. Also found a german company making this top mount manifold...
To replace this
turbo should end up in roughly the same spot, will just need to clock the compressor housing a bit. Any one have tips on this? Is it as simple as unbolting the housing, repositioning it then bolting it back up?

What sort of power are you looking to make at the engine, and at the wheels?

haha not much to update, just waiting on what should be the last lot of the parts to arrive. no word on where the manifold is . then its just a matter of getting jimmy to slot me in....im contemplating giving mike weber a call but i really don't want anyone but jmac working on it ...
