OK, so after going on the Tyalgum cruise this past weekend I have decided to look into selling my car and getting a 2010 Mk6 GTI, preferably 3 door. After tailing Alan's (grandturismo) GTI, I really want more power! I am at a dilemma as to whether I should revert the car to stock or try to market it as it with all the things I have done to it; I need peoples opinions! ASAP haha. I have found a Mk6 GTI that suits what I am after so I want to get this on the market quick smart so I don't miss out

I have a suspicion you'd get a lot more overall if you parted it, to be honest. Loads of goodies that people would be keen to pick up for decent cash.

Trouble is, now's not the best time to sell a VW, what with current second-hand prices thanks to the recent bad press. Good time to buy a GTI though.

It's not just VW's copping the crappy second hand prices at the moment either. I've been trying to seel two other vehicles and they both haven't had much of a look full stop. There's lots of ads on carsales!
