I'd sand and colour match the rub strips and front and rear.
Leave the bottom sides black, but repainted them with bumper paint.
Wet sand the front lights with 600 grit, go up, then polish.
Fix the cluster.
Roll through fall and winter.
Spring time see if you really want to dump a grand more into molestation
