    1) Primarily for looks, handling would be a good bonus
    2) As I said not sure. If I turn it into a lawnmower it must be able to come back again (i.e. bags), which is probably my preference, but an inch or two would do me happy as well.
    3) Not much because I've just had a massive blow from the car itself - had a quick look at bags and they seem to go from 2000+, which is too much atm. I spose i could always wait a while. Are there any not-too-bad springs you can get for cheaper?

Not to try and get you over-excited, but I bought my setup from a member here (rayray086) and I got a seriously fantastic deal (<$500). I'm currently sitting on eibach springs and koni shocks; and there's these ''coilover sleeves'' that are matched to my springs that allow me to adjust my ride height.

If you're keen on lowering the car now, just keep looking out on places like the forsale section here, maybe throw a thread into the wanted section, check ebay, check overseas sites etc. I would think that bags would be a huge job (maybe one to tackle later on down the track?) and if you're still happy with a practical ride height then you should just go springs and struts or coilovers.

get used to the car, the power/handling and so fourth before you decide to go lower/modify it. when your ready keep an eye out on the forums and im sure you will pick up something cheap as well as plenty of info from the forum nerds lol
