    Haha, yeah they're M/T ET streets, which are DOT approved so they're road legal which is good for Street FWD comp. Car should have about 200kwatw when it's up and running, so I'll take all the traction I can get!     I want to keep my eyes open for some 15 or 16" cheapy wheels (even steel ones) that i can put some sticky rubber on so i can have a bit more side wall to flex

    Youre gonna struggle to fit smaller rims around your 312mm brakes. 16" would be the smallest but you would probably have to be careful with the calliper clearance

    Good point, you are right... 16" is the smallest diameter that will clear the callipers on the GTI.
