    The GLS

I brought this car about 2 years ago from a old lady. She got to old to drive it and she had to get rid of it.

Its an 1977, 1.6 petrol engine, Automatic, four door. The car is a really minter.

    Matching numbers.

It has brand new front suspension. Front audi 80 discs and calipers. Rear discs aswell. It was not an easy job to get the rear disc on.

It has electric ignition. It never misses a beat.

    Car is really good mechanical.

It has koni sport suspension on the rear aswell.

    Comes with the mk3 steelies.

    Late plastic bumpers (rare)

Car is very clean out side and very clean.

The dashboard has a some cracks( nearly every mk1 does) and the drivers seat has some tears in it. But nothing to worry about.

Car is very straight and never had any sorts of accidents.

You guys reckon the hard work has paid of?

They were badged as Crane Cams Fireball and I have installed one on my classic Sunbeam Imp. It has been faultless for a long time - after I replaced a failed magnetic induction ignition.

It is quite tuneable as well as you can modify the disk in the distributor to have longer spark simply by filing the slots - the wider the slot the longer that the connection is open to the coil.

I have a spare, never got around to putting it on my MK1 as yet.
