Ok another update, fitted all my LED gear, not real happy with the fit quality to be honest, few small issues, as a few have found the fronts are a bitch to fit, way too tight and i got **** inside the lens so then i had to make this little vacum to get the **** out. Rear were pretty easy but one didn't work first up so had to fiddle with it, license plate LED's were easy enough to fit but they are bloody loose in the housing so i had to stuff around with some padding so they would fit snug but at lease its all done.

Next was my EZ-Lip, this was a piece of piss, just cleaned under the edge and stuck it on, i am very happy with the results and the looks plus it can handle a few bumps and scrapes so i don't have to stress like i would if i got a carbon one.

I like the look of this lip Chris - i ordered one earlier today. I actually came across that company selling the lips a few weeks back but was a bit skeptical on what they would look like.

The front LED indicators are a bugger aren't they. I wrote Bold Sport an email the other day saying that they don't fit properly but haven't heard back yet. Have you got a dremel or a file of some sort? You need to grind down some of the solder blobs so they dont stick out so far. Once you have done that then they will fit.....mind you, when you pay good money for a product that is designed to fit the car - they should bloody well fit.

Hey Lucas_R, you didn't see whether they had a similar lip offering for a Scirocco did you? My front bumper is getting a hammering with our steep driveway and although a lip means I'd lose another cm or so of height it would save my bumper!

Yeah i was the same, saw is a while back but thought it might look a bit tacky but i then saw it on another members car a few weeks back and saw it in the flesh and was surprised but the look and finish, so i told Ben (Tarmac) and jumped in and bought us a set.

They are just a roll of foam rubber lip so they fit on anything, so i'm sure it will be fine on the Rocco, have a look at EzLip.com

Looks great Chris - I'd definitely be hitting you up to be at the front of the queue when you sell it. I might even and up joining you with a Mk7 R but I'd have to keep the R32 as well

Haven't updated this in a while and i have made a few upgrades, New H&R springs installed, really happy with the results, super smooth ride and much better grip in the corners

I also fitted some new Hankook S1 Evo2 tyres and they are out of this world, super high grip level in all conditions and well as being very quiet, i highly recommend these, plus now with the spring also i have zero understeer
