Beautiful car mate, congrats. Just get rid of the xmas lights and the stripes and it will be awesome!! Get yourself a pair of nice clear/red or tinted/red lights

Hey mate,

Thanks for the kind words, ive done some work since ive had possesion of it, ive replaced the wierd tail lights with original ones. The stripe is still on there coz it actually suits the car when you look at it in person. Also build myself a new speaker shelf as the original was falling apart

Haha yeah its on its way mate, getting some KYB shocks with 30mm H&R springs from germany. Will get some pics up when that is done. Will look heaps better

Hey guys,

Lil update on the GTi

Finally got around to gettin the new shocks and springs fitted with the help of Benny (86gti on this forum). Fitted new KYB shocks with 35mm H&R racing springs. The handling is so much better and the car looks heaps better too. Washed, polished and detailed the car yesterday and made some pics of how it sits now
