question - is it plausible to run a 15mm adapter AND a 10mm spacer - or is it a case of one or the other? ie. a 25mm adapter - no compromises.

Stacking spacers has been done before, sounds and looks dodgy. I have stacked a spacer on top of my adapter before, but that felt more safe(to me)because the adapter is actually bolted to my hub. I also had heaps of thread on the wheel studs to make sure the wheel nuts had loads of thread to screw onto. Probably wouldn't recommend it for daily driving. Better off to just get the right size spacer right off the bat.

you can do it, i have similar to undisclos3d.
would I again? nope, have enough of a understanding of adapters now just to go buy a new pair.
10mm could be 110% out too if it isnt wheel centric
