Yes, they're enabled. It's hard when you're logged on as an administrator 'cos very often you don't see what everybody else sees! I looked straight into it and all avatar options are enabled. There shouldn't be a problem (having said that I had to re-upload my own avatar). So I'll log on with an alias and see what happens.

Im not sure what the problem is, but when you goto "User CP" which is the user control panel the avatars and smilies are OFF but when you post a reply it says the are ON... so im thinking that the OFF in the User CP needs to be turned on *shrugs*
