Almost certainly. You can check them individually and replace those that are suspect, or just replace the whole lot. I'd recommend the latter. She'll probably never idle as smoothly as a petrol model, but hey!! It's a diesel! They way you can check is to put a trolley jack under the motor with a block of rubber on it. Just take the weight of the motor/transaxle (be careful) and if the vibration goes away you can suspect the mounts.
We use 4WD motor bikes on the farm and we bought a Polaris with a Yanmar diesel. It pulled like a schoolboy and ran for ever on a tank of diesel. But eventually it literally shook itself to bits. Our 90hp Deutz tractor broke an oil line yesterday, again from vibration. That's diesels!
