Yes, we used the rubber glove idea with cable ties over the snout of the turbo to keep foam inside turbo. We fabricated a heavy cardboard tray to catch any drips when the glove seal was released and wrapped the driveshafts with alfoil (yes it would corrode ) as added protection.
To access the back of the turbo we experimented with various nozzles. One off my motorbike chain lube can was the right ID, this allowed the foam to flow sufficiently and was a small enough OD that would readily fit through the blades.
I only posted this whole process so that others might know about it......
If someone needs to do it sometime I can provide the dimensions of the dump pipe we made. The only slightly difficult part of the process was getting the V Band clamp off the turbo, went back on easily but was hard to get it to release initially.
