    Tank breather

Guys, am I going to cause issues if I push the breather knob in when I fill my car? The Polo has a 45l tank and with about 80km to go on the mfd, I can fit 50l in there. I'm getting about 1100km doing this which gives me an extra day between fills. I've done it the last three fills with no issues.

No problems at all. The most I've ever put in to my Polo was just over 56 litres (best mileage was just on 1200km)

The most disappointing thing with our MkVI Golf TDi is that it can't be vented so I can only put the same amount of fuel into it
