    Great work and great presentation,great info for those who are not sure on how mods can be done, really interesting reading the whole thread, well done on a good looking and clean upgrade on your GT, Cheers....

    Dealers want VIN numbers for everything down to an oil filter - it's the way their computer system works. If you want something non-stock, it's best to walk in with part numbers

    Have you had any clunky dsg transmission issues poyta? I took my car in for a look today at VW and they said my mechatronics is failing, lucky i have warranty :O

    It's a manual so not susceptible to mechatronic failure.

    Was the steering wheel change straight forward? Are there any precautions one should take regards the air bag exchange?

    dude your thread needs updates, i find myself checking it a little too often haha
    Ive got a mk6 tdi and have the same tips you have to do my own mufflerectomy .. gti style
