Just going through some old stuff and came across these guys.

Good site, thanks for the reminder. I'll have to have a decent browse again, I'm sure they've some new stuff by now.

I've since decided that the EGR will only be partly blocked off, as it assists in the long warmup of a diesel, putting straight exhaust in till about 30 degrees water temp, then switches over to being water cooled exhaust added. I figure the small time it is actually adding soot is worth it to get it up to temp quicker and thus avoid wear.
