The year was 2009, a Friend had a Mk1 Golf 2 door for sale, no reg and no RWC. The price was good and I bought it. My first ever Volkswagen. Living at home at the time, with a family of 4 and 5 cars and a two car garage on a busy street and a full time job soon meant that the EmKayOne soon had to go...

They were sad times, but alas, due to a sad and unfortunate turn of events, the time had come to purchase a car.

Not long after purchase (three weeks or so) with help from the boys at Volkwerke, RCD-510 and subwoofer was installed.

Mk5 GTI DSG steering installed and stage one Custom Code DSG tune.... Ooooh Jezus!

Massive difference in torque with e DSG tune! strongly suggest anyone with a DSG and any tunes/supportive mods should invest!
