Hello,
I would like to convert my banana yellow (hence the name ) GLD into a GTD or as close as I can get.
So far I have swapped out the oil pissing 1.5D with a 1.6TD (JR engine I think) and had a custom exhaust made up to let it breath better.

But what now?
I was thinking of the following for starters:
- EGT probe and gauge
- Manual boost controller and gauge
Does anyone have any suggestion for the these two items (brands, type etc)

And beyond this what would be next?

depends what you going for.

functionality wise, go for a modern steppermotor gauge. There are some good ones for sale on ebay. Theres an oz seller than sells boost and egt gauges.

MBC - just get a turbotech, they are about $30 and faultless.

You should think about an intercooler, the better your setup the more boost you can run.

What turbo does the JR have? Should be a k24 or a T3. Either should go to 16psi happily.
