One commonly overlooked area is just how well the radiator seals to the body. Air will take the path of least resistance, and I know I've managed to increase radiator airflow simply by sealing up the sides where the radiator sits away from the body. Simply forces all the air to be pushed through it.

Saw this on Autospeed and it's easy to do.

And Catona, mabey I'm deaf, but up here in QLD I've never seen or heard my fans stay on, ever. Something I plan to change, plus I've 2 big 3" high flow nascar style fans to add to the mix. Can't overcool up here!

You have gauges in your car don't you?

Can you tell if sealing up the sides makes a difference or it is just good practice?
