Problem is it fills logarithmically at the end, so it's not linear, but yep Ben is an outlying data point on a 150km estimated lifespan bell shaped curve.

Ive never had a Regen i've driven over 55,000km , could it be that I don't nurse the car or am I just lucky and mines a 125KW diesel ?
So for those that have the Tiguan TDI out there, VCDS shows something different:
And the ranges are different too:
I have about 77,000km's at the time of this scan. Gotta say, I'm quite happy the Carbon Mass is so low. Greg, I dunno if I am reading that wrong though - I have a sneaking suspicion that is the soot level rather than the ash level in the DPF. If that is the case, Measuring Block Group 068 didn't work on the Tiguan, so I'm not sure where to get the correct measures.
Thanks to The_Hawk for doing the scan for me and figuring out which readings were relevant.

Yeah that is the current soot level, it's low as you have obviously recently done a regen. Interesting that your car actually has an ASH volume, this is a MK6 thing as the DPF is quite different, but I have not looked into the MK6's as yet given they are a while off having clogging issues due to terminal filling.

Hey, guys!
Just chiming in... What do these values mean?
They're from the 18th of April, so an easy 15-25,000km ago...
EDIT: It did a regen on the way home from the bloke with the VCDS, 100km trip - about 5k's in.

Not including hers...
Now THIS is a proper regen
I hope that was on the motorway!!
You need to keep EGT's above 600 to get a proper burn, but your inlet flap will sort that out. I have to do that manually, and it's actually hard to keep EGT's up enough to get a full burn if not on the highway.
