what parts are you after?
There are a few local suppliers.
Also, europe is always a better bet for engine parts than the US.
If you're just after service parts, try tooley imports.... they can deliver next day to Newy I'm sure.
Hi everybody
I recently bought a 2008 Jetta TDI. Engine number is CBD012203. I am trying to source parts from ECS tuning, however i have recently found out that there were no TDIs in america in 07/08. The options on the ECS site are CBEA or CJAA, or BRM.
Are there any options that will work for me, or am I **** out of luck??

thanks mate, really appreciate the reply. What euro sites would you recommend? just contacting tooley now, will let you know how I go.
What are you looking for? Standard servicing items like oil and fuel filters etc? Or aftermarket go fast parts?
Runautoparts is a good local provider for things like air/oil/fuel filters and are well priced.
There is always the mad hot rod market in California to consider if you're into the wild side.
Darkside Development in the UK if you want VW diesel specific go-fast parts.
I will put in another vote for RunAutoParts (bought some oil filters from them recently on ebay, good service and well priced).
You can also try getting in touch with Peter at Newcastle VW Centre (I assume that what he is calling himself up there, his thread is here Newcastle Workshop). Peter was always good about selling me parts for my Golf Mk3 when he ran the Belconnen workshop here in Canberra and his team here still continue that tradition.
