I am at least as keen as the guys that have paid the deposits, as I have the full cost of the pipes outstanding while they turn up.

The problem is trying to do it the cheapest way. It has turned out to be far from the fastest way. I really didn't anticipate such a long wait for the ship to arrive.

I rushed around to get the delete pipes to Matt's shippers and they have messed him around too. He was told the container was leaving long before Christmas, when in fact it left sometime this year. The latest report has it docking in Sydney on March 1st.

When the container clears customs, it will be a priority to deliver the pipes and tune the cars. I have holidays to use and will fit in with customers to get the job finished.

I am sorry for the ridiculous time this has taken but the dimensions of the pipes made it impossible to get sensible shipping by airfreight. I considered $700 to be silly. I wasn't able to get the pipes part manufactured and finish them here, to save costs either.

I am not able to have delete pipes made here, as Custom-Code will not supply the tuned software to me. They spent time and money on the development and they have to re-coup the cost somehow.

I know it has been a long wait but I think the light is on at the end of the tunnel.

When it happens, I'll be in touch straight away.

Gav I'm actually quite keen to pay you the balance for the pipe in full, easier and less painful to do it bit by bit!

If you have ever had anything sent surface, you'd be perfectly aware it's ALWAYS 10-12 weeks turnaround. I'm sure a pipe could be Fed-Exed overnight if you were willing to pay the ludcrous cost. Personally I'm grateful to Gav for doing everything he could to keep the costs down.

Finally Custom Code have had a few minor bugs to iron out with the delete pipes on a few early cars, and I'm actually glad to have a bit of time to see how it's going in the UK before jumping on in. Even when the pipe finally arrives I'll be in no rush to get it done, so don't feel pressured from me Gav! Still weeks and weeks worth of work I'd prefer t do first.......

Craigy does and so should Benno. Do you reckon they need new sealing rings on the top end Greg? Mischa was having his dropped off I think.
