Diesel mis-fuelling device

I have a 1996 Tdi, most people don't even know they came out in diesel! So I have written on the fuel cap in white marker 'diesel only' and on the surround once the fuel cap is off! I only lend my car out occasionally, but never had a problem.

I'm just about to pick up my 1st VW and 1st diesel car, so a little worried about the wife putting in the wrong fuel.

Anyone know if the solodiesel / mis-fuel caps will fit on a 2011 VW Passat CC diesel ?

RACQ is out of stock of the SD7 solodiesel caps and just guessing it will fit as it just lists Passats.

My 2011 has a fitted plastic tube that looks like a splined shaft (lots of fine Grooves around it) but nothing else It maybe the diameter for the diesel pump but have never tried a petrol one so not sure.

We are careful as have one petrol and one diesel car
