    You need 210mm with the smaller input shaft.
    The diesel 020s all have the smaller input shaft, because the bearing is therefore bigger.

    FYI everyone,

    Mk3 TDI's (1.9l 1Z engine, direct injection) did come with 02A gearboxes, and as such use the 228mm clutch. There was a 89hp one and a 109hp one. (Turbocharged Direct Injection)

    Mk3 TD's (1.9l AAZ engine, indirect injection) came with 020 gearboxes, with small input shaft). 74hp stock. (Turbocharged Diesel)

    cheers man but unfortunately i didnt need a clutch after all even though i bought one
    i had a diesel leak from the return lines and thus leaked onto the clutch making it slip
    after i fixed the leak it very slowly fixed it self, but then again it will never be the same again
