Allard hybrid turbo

Not so sure about trying so hard to be an R32, but the hybrid turbo and the hp is interesting! Remember that's at the wheels!

It says 215bhp, so it's not wheel hp.

Get a gt2260v out of late model BMW and you can get ~270bhp and 1,5bar already @2000rpm in a 1.9TDI (won't be P&P). That's if you know what you are doing...
