Hi Guys, been thinking about this for a while but cannot get any reliable data. With all the goodies comming out for the 170ps diesel's, what do you theorise is a safe torque level?

Currently my OctyII 2.0 TDI RS has a factory listed 350nm, now bluefin and Ottenger say they can increase this with a stage 1 tune to the ~420nm mark, and thats without any other mods

I have a 6 speed DSG, what do you think is an acceptable torque level? My tires already are fairly happy to break traction with the OEM tyres, so is the torque concept a mute point unless you start going in for semi-slicks of the clubsport level?
