2.0TDI engine conversion into suzuki

the engine is the 103kw common rail TDI 2.0L
should put out a fair amount more torque that the original 1.3 banga ha
not really getting anywhere with this conversion atm. hmmmmm
ah so we think that a HKS's F-Con stand alone ECU might be the ticket?
if so who will tune the sucker? that will cost the moon ay.
how much are one of those puppies going to set me back?

might be the only way i can get the old girl out of static mode,
not really quite sure how else it can done.
just working at getting the engine mounted in the donk atm

Here's my thought - try and find an amarok gearbox... probably cheaper and less hassle than afternarket ecu in the long term.

true they are mounted the correct direction but then i will have to get the ecu and g box,
so another whole wreck....just going to try and get this setup to run first,
hopfuly i can trick the auto computer to think its running forwards.
that will be the ticket,
this is good were getting a tool box of ideas

what about 2009 tiguan wreck with 6spd manual 2.0 tdi 4wd common rail... key ignition ecu speedo...it starts and (not really drives) its a bit in the air....to many things in the head so i give up... if someone is willing to try it... this is it

why is it immobile and and what condition is the engine and gearbox in?
i could use the gear box and engine as a combination and fit it to my defused transfer case
in the suzuki, would be interested in hearing from you,

ok been busy in the last year but this is how far ive got with the the old girl

just got the engine pulled out the jetta with the main dash and engine harness. got it all layed out across the concrete with modules.
the engine is on the engine hoist. has to rewire the starting system and the fuel pumps to reprime the diesel koz stupid VW need to have it at their service agent with scan tool to reprime using activation of the tank and AUX pumps. i bypassed it all by runing pumps on IGN. havnt tryed selecting drive yet but will see how it goes. will keep you guys updated. now its time to fit to the suzi
