Nope. The 1.9 PD injector part number is 038 130 073 AG while the 2.0 PD injector is 03G 130 073 S (T for the GT)

Why Oettinger? It costs a bomb and is permanent. You can get a remap with a loader from Viezu or DNA Tuning (amongst others) for less money with the same output increase.

I suspect because now he's an APR dealer. It'd look a bit funny if your chucked a competing brands tune on your car

Keep it up guys, looking forward to results Im kind of out of the TDI loop these days as I've gone to the dark side and daily a VR6 haha

Ah! I didn't realize Preeny was an APR dealer - I thought he just had APR stuff fitted to one of his cars.

also fitted my new conti CS3's in 235/45/17..... ooooh yeah. Ok so they dont look as good and they are a little bit grandpa being bigger than stock; but the ride, handling, grip, noise, value are all heaps better (235/45/17 cheaper than 225/45/17 and will last longer too).

You might need a uprated intercooler and clutch to handle 130KW reliably. Intake temps can get very high without propper cooling

clutch - totally agree. Intercooler - I think the stock unit should be fine really - unless the plastic end tanks cause problems.

Yes, I was very surprised by the large size of the Octavia's intercooler compared to the tiny SMIC in the Golf MkIV and Polo. I'm betting the Golf MkV with the 1.9PD also has the big intercooler.

yup, that and the caddy. The cool (no pun I swear) thing being that an S3 intercooler will bolt straight in if you want an upgrade

So does anyone know the power/torque limit for our connecting rods, especially if 4000rpm is regularly hit?
