Cheap eBay tools not that bad. Plenty good enough for a one off job. I have used some on a 2 litre TDI passat a few years back.
Does anyone know where I could hire decent quality tools to do the timing belt in an AXR engine? I would like to hire the engine brace as well due to the engine mount needing to be removed (don’t want to jack up on the alloy sump).
I’d rather hire good tools vs buying the $30 versions off eBay.
I’m in Newcastle. Cheers.
