Where to buy non Gen accessories.

Hi, after 10 years of working on VWs I finally bought my wife and I a 2008 passat wagon. I'm trying to get a few things for it but even with a discount I won't pay VW genuine parts prices! I've tried hunting on ebay but I can't find what I'm after. I'm chasing things like mud flaps (it's a black car and I live on a dirt road!) And other things, but I can't find anything online. Where is the best place to look/buy from? I've never had a VW before so I don't know where to look!

    Thanks in advance.

EBay is a good place to start.

You'll soon discover that genuine parts can be quite cheap when sourced online.

Aliexpress.com has some bits & bobs.

Genuine VW Parts Are Competitively Priced and Always a Perfect Fit

There's a few in the UK but I haven't bookmarked them

Be aware some parts are LHD/RHD specific

I've checked ebay but there are no wagon mud flaps anywhere! Thanks for that.

Bold Sport is good for genuine and aftermarket accessories, but dont think you'll find mudflaps there.

The mudflaps arent all that dear anyway and at least the genuine ones fit properly.
They are better quality than aftermarket as well

Cant find receipt for mine for the wagon but seem to remember about $80 a pair.

Get the correct ones. they gave me the ones for your model and they dont fit the B7 at the rear.

    The Polo rears were $87.

The fronts are the same, however the ones for the rear of the wagon are different. I got a set off Highway and went home to Bribie and tried to fit them They wouldnt fit.
Rang parts and he said they are the same. I said they arent, obviously or would fit. He looked again and they were different and they had to get them from Germany I think Took two weeks and I had to go all the way back down to get them Pain in the a*se.
The roll of the rear bumper is different as the chrome strip is lower and alters the shape of it.
    Sad but true

Yeah, don't worry. The previous model Beetle had a few different sets of flaps, depending on the model year, due to the smallest changes in the bumper and sills.
