Wheel Alignment Place Recommendation?

Hi Passat and R36 owners,

I noticed that my R36 has rear wheel alignment issue, wears inside tyre more. Front seems ok, wears evenly.

Do you have any good places to recommend in Sydney area? Any advice on the alignment will be good as well.

In both cases I wouldn't be suggesting you try & tell them how to do their job (eg: conveying the handy advice you've gleaned off an internet forum) - esp the guy at Spinning Wheel.

There are quite a few threads that have already raised this quiestion. They might be helpful too as Sydney is a big place last time I looked

Yes, Sydney is a big place but a lot crap shops around. So claimed professionals don't know how to do the correct job. Most crap places will blame you or your car for the crab job they've done. I had some bad experience already so when come to pick a shop, I am always careful. Sometime so frustrated!

+1 to Heasmans. Just gotta remember to tell them that you want a alignment print out! Initially he did the alignment using the old fashion way then I asked for the printout, he then replied 'Oh, then you'll have to wait, gotta put on the other lift'. He still did it anyway

Black Rubber in High St Preston for Melbournites.

I purchased new tyres at a very fair price and Michael did a brilliant 4 wheel Alignment after Computerlign who used to be on the same site absolutely butchered it.

Rather than looking like a pigsty, Black Rubber looks like a laboratory. I'll be back!

After another year on stock CSC3, I got PS3 installed and wheel alignment at Spinning Wheel Tyres today. The PS3 they got are very late 2014 production!

The CSC3 were getting so noisy towards the end of the life.

I can not recommend more on Spinning Wheel Tyres, true professionals and really friendly. They really looked after my car as I do!
