Why not demand your paint protection money back and use it to get the car detailed professionally every 6 months?

You'll keep getting swirls from washing it.. its just part of life, especially with a black car.

By the way what you posted up were buffer holograms and trail marks not swirls.

That is what I am trying to do. Because I am overseas, I can only deal with it through emails. And now apparently the 'sales operation manager' has forwarded the photos to 'aftercare manager' and waiting for his reply. I will give it a couple of days.

Oh no..... you got the paint protection! I didn't realize!

Read the fine print of the guarantee... i think it says something like - if you touch your paintwork with anything other than luke warm distilled water with a couple ml's of carwash in it, then the guarantee is void!

At least for you it looks like it was someone else who 'touched' it. Either that or they molested your paint before adding the paint protection.

YOU MUST GET YOUR MONEY BACK FOR THE PAINT PROTECTION!

Walk away from it. The paint protection basically forbids you to ever detail your car again.

Of course, you should be demanding your paintjob be fixed too. Keep taking it to them until they actually get someone who knows what they're doing to detail it the way it should have been on delivery.

After its all fixed, wack on some Meguiars Tech Wax II. Re-apply every 6-8weeks (depending if its garaged). Don't leave it that long if you use places like crystal car wash - their detergents (read solvents!) actually dissolve the wax off your paint!

quick update. Received an email from 'Tint a Car' manager asking me to bring the car in for rectification. I was p!ssed off with that and email the dealer's manager saying I do not wish to waste any more time and I wish for a full refund and its the dealer's responsibility to rectify the issue and not the costumer to deal with whoever they use to prepare the car.

Hmmm - didn't know Tint a Car did detailing?!? Probably got the lackey to do it
You're well within your rights to ask for a full refund...stick at 'em!

It seems like I am getting my refund back. But I guess there is still lots to do. And in the email, the lady quoted that 'You are the first customer that is unhappy with the paint protection product'. I am sure I am the only @nal customer.
