    Rocket - 5 posts up:

"Rocket, if you've got sat nav the only way that unit will recognise high capacity SD cards is with a firmware upgrade."

    No codes, no acronyms...

Ian - I have about 18GB of music on the 32GB card, in about 80 or 90 top level folders, about 2000 music files in total.

aha Will try to load it to that level. Perhaps there is a physical restriction to the number of top level folders.

btw got the car...you are right no amplifier there. the stock speakers sound pretty good though...but not good enough

Is the Dynaudio option worth getting? I still have time to alter my orders. Buying an R36 and a CC.

HOLY CRAP!!!! HALF YOUR LUCK!!! Best of both worlds there mate...

As for Dynaudio - it's subjective. The only person that can answer that question for you, is you. I say no, it's not worth it because I'm more than satisfied with the sound the standard system produces. Others will say it is because they aren't satisfied with the sound the standard system produces.

Best advice, try and sit in cars with YOUR music playing. One with dynaudio and one without and decide for yourself.

Any answer you get here will be someone else's opinion and since it's your money, only you can really decide.

Some info about Dynaudio in the Passat and CC:

    http://www.dynaudio.com/eng/auto/passat.php

But definitely try before you buy. To me, it was worth the upgrade .
