VW decides to replace my DSG Mechatronics unit!

Hi all,
after much screaming and kicking VW has finally decided to replace Mechatronics unit
I had following problems:

1. Pronounce jerkiness on take off (despite smooth and constant accelerator application)
2. weak but definite 2nd gear lurching

I had to report to them 3 times and each time I had to hand over the car for a day.
Here is what they have done each time:

1. Changed DSG oil (obviously didn't do jack and they BS me with burnt oil WTF)
2. Reset memory (slight improvement but it got worse very soon)
3. Reset memory (no improvement at all but they decided to replace the Mech unit)

It was pain in the ass but I am very happy that they've decide to do the right thing and replace the mechatronics unit.
