Tyre recommendations for 3C

For a Type 3C MY07 V6 DSG 4-MOTION FSI:
1. What are the OEM tyres originally supplied on this model in Aust?
2. What tyres would you recommend? (wheels are original)

What are the tyres on the car at the moment?
Tyres seem to diffent between models / model years.
My 2008 2.0T FSI has Dunlop SP Sport 01, however my 2010 125TDI has Continental SportContact 3.
Some others are Pirelli / Bridgestone etc.

Maybe check your spare...

But I am sure there are better tyres out there for cheaper prices than OEM tyres.

Maybe search some of the threads on the topic.

I have just done the exercise myself
My requirements were for a symetrical tyre 235 45 17 and 97w load rating
Found Yokohama S drive, been to Mt Buller and back, magic!, beat the Dunlops for comfort & noise
