After many months of waiting, my black V6 Highline left Germany on the 14th of July. The ship is currently on its way to the USA and we are still on track for delivery week 1 September.
I know its a bit nerdy, but i havnt been this excited since the birth of my daughter.
The link from the forum works a treat and every day i can keep an eye on the journey. That track and trace is really cool...
Any one else out there with a pride and joy bobbing on the high seas?

She is now her way to/through the Panama!!! man this is getting exciting. I sent my wife an email yesterday with the screen shot of the shipping progress. Her response....what's this about and who is she!! All going according to plan, will land in Brisbane in 23 sleeps and then the nagging of the Dealer begins.

Renowned for Pirates the Panama area. Hopefully there wont be a repeat of the recent hijacking of a RORO ship in that area.
I feel your pain - I went through the same thing with the GTI and the R36. People at work thought it was weird when i declared my car had just been unloaded at Darling Harbour (when Patricks occupied the Hungry Mile site).
Enjoy it - you should have the car in just over a month.
Confirmed Global Warming Sceptic. No Longer a VW Owner -Loving my new 2011 Range Rover Sport - bought as VW unable to provide info on the new Toureg despite it being released overseas 12 mths ago. 2008 R36 Wagon, 2006 GTI and 2004 R32 - Gone. Sorry VW, you make great cars but until you improve your customers' experiences you will lose customers
Hey guys, so how long has it been? from order date to expected pick up. Curious to know I am reading various opinions. I have a R36 wagon silver on order so my anxiousness is building.
