RNS 510 Satnav route options

Can't find what each of the three route options (all coloured separately) are when starting a trip on the RNS510 Satnav. Can anyone help? Also, can anyone help with the changing of the RNS510 screen colour?

Quickest, shortest, easiest (less turns). It's been too long since I looked up the manual to change the colour, sorry.
