He's not stretching to say "look I have stretch", it will need the stretch to minimise/avoid the guardwork and not **** them like a 255 tyre would.....sheesh, understand it's not just about being "te law" all the time.

It will look great, but 10x better when it's lowered, it will look complete. When it's lowered, the stretch plus stiffer spring/damper rates will help to minimise the rubbing.

Don't go there. I am abt 14mm out and the rubbing on full load is horrid going over bumps. I solved the fender rub by filing down the inside of part of the fender. Now, there is still minor rubbing against the carpet inside the wheel well. I just pushed in and glued some of the carpeting and all seems good now. Will have to monitor a bit more.

Do note there will be no fender rolling for the R36. If you need to change the wheels, I suggest to go out abt 10mm max.

Inner Clearance: 2mm more (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)

Outer Position: Extend an extra 28mm (position of the outside edge of the wheel)

Im not very savvy with wheel offsets and fitment, so would any one care to shed some light if this will fit, and I am considering buying a set from interstate from a buyer who had these on his RS4 B7.
you wont find a tyre that will meet the load rating so 19 will have to be the biggest you can go. I ran 20's for a while however im not taking the risk on load rating if there was to be an accident

Fantastic choice in wheels though imo.

Half inch lower in the front and one in lower in the rear would be spot on though.
My post was in reference to R32R32R32's calculated specs.

Just put them on andmake the necessary adjustments to not have them rub. THe wheels and opportunity are too good to listen to those negative people

No, it's only "fully sick brah" if the new wheel and tyre combo is heavier than the standard set.

Besides, I think you guys are being a tad cynical.

Most people on this forum don't have an R36 with the potential for a really hot looking set of wheels in an awesome fitment at their disposal.

Most forum members with a vehicle newer than 2004 also dont like low, buy the same wheels and are APR fanboi's... who really cares, it's their car!

Why be a sheep and get the same RS4 wheels as someone else, be a bit different and push it a bit?

Yes the R36 is a performance car, it also isnt an EVO. I'm sure he will keep the standard wheels for track days if he wants. But for the 99% of the time he is on the street and not performance driving (like Rocket never does in his performance car), he may as well have the nicest looking R36 in the country.
