    R36 seats in normal Passat?

Hi I've just sold my R32 & am looking at getting a Passat. I've got 45k to play with so R36 is just out of reach. I've noticed a few Passats that seem to have the R36 seats though, was this an optional extra? The normal leather seats in the Passat look a bit Camry-like & uninspiring. The Passat I'm looking at is probably the 4 motion model with the R32 engine. Any thoughts/advice would be great

The Highline versions have Sports Seats with Napa Leather.
Not quite R36 seats, but heaps better than the previous "bench" seats that had no side support!

    I love my seats...!!!

MY17 ŠKODA Superb 206TSI 4x4 + Sunroof + Tech Pack + Comfort Pack + some extra goodies... (Moon White)

These seats were one of the numerous upgrades that came with the 2009 model year, along with the new steering wheel, updated dashboard, RCD510 touchscreen standard, updated Climatronic panel.

I agree that the older seats were way too cushy and unsupportive - I think only the very base model still gets the old style seats now.

you may not be out of the ball park...depends what the pay out figure is. will look on the weekend. I am likely to be changing employer shortly and they will provide a vehicle and not take over my CHP so no point in having it (potentially), love it, but wont be able to justify it if the new gig comes off.
