R36 Engine number, where the heck is it?

We recently purchased a 2nd hand R36 and are in the process of getting it licensed.

To do this it requires a roadworthy inspection, took it there this arvo and the guy spent 30mins looking for it. He has now left it to me to find it, then take it back.

Anyone know where they are located? Did a Google search and it say's behind the alternator bracket, had a look and cant see it? Wana get this thing licensed before the wkend

Ended up finnally getting a dealer to talk to us, they faxed us a picture showing where it is, still near impossible to see. Behind the driver's side engine mount...

Talking to the guy doing the roadworthy its an australain ADR that you should be able to clearly see the engine number? No way you can see this one, id say the loop hole is the sticker on the cam cover, he didnt want to use that number just in case it was wrong, but gave up looking and used it.
