Hi all,

I have been sick of looking at my plastic dead pedal for some time now and since VW wouldn't offer any similar aluminum pedal to suit i thought id get some laser cut. I got the idea from looking at this website in japan :
R-Line

Only problem was that they were selling these pedals for 36750 yen (~$ 450) and they didn't seem to fit all the way to the top. So i had some cut by a friend of mine who has a laser cutting machine:

Basically, i had them made so that i could either double side tape them on with some industrial strength ultra thin tape, or screw them into the plastic mold

I chose to double side tape them in and got the following result :

I didn't really like the gaps left by the R symbol so I filled the gaps with black culk from Bunnings :

The pedals were made from a brushed aluminum to closely suit the other pedals (couldn't get exactly the same finish tho)

I have 9 plates left and am selling them at $150 a piece (excluding shipping)
