It's amazing that the car still tracks perfectly, i would have thought it wouod have done some damage to teh alignment/axle with a abump like that.
Hit an adult wombat last night at about 125 with both the drivers side wheels, felt like I hit a large pot hole as the car jumped over it although the landing was suprisingly soft. After turning around to make sure I killed it, I was expecting the worst damage wise.
Apart from a bit of blood and guts around the wheels there isn't a single bit of damage on the car. It still tracks perfectly and there are no wheel balance issues. I'm truly suprised, as I've seen wombats rip wheels off cars before. Had I hit the wombat with the middle of the car, I think I'd be posting some pictures of a damaged R36 but thankfully not

I'd say it was more pure luck you didnt damage the car - or the wombat was already dead and fairly squished.
Either way, I'd be thanking my lucky stars if I were you!!!![]()

i took that comment in a humane way....ie better dead than alive with serious injuries and pain....
As Gead mentioned, it's the humane thing to do...
