If any one is interested I have one of these new (Complete in box with fitting instuctions VW part no 3C0 064 360) for sale and taking offers.

I bought this overseas by mistake and was ment to be for a MK 5 golf.

Yes that is correct and yes I have photo's if necessary just pm and will add.
The install instructions and blind is for a 2006-> Passat Limousine (Sedan)
