what kind of modifications could i do to my 2003 v6 2.8 Passat , for more power

I think the 2.8 in the B5 chassis is still a VR6.

Try ECS, Four Season tuning etc and have a look there.

Like anything, software, intake and exhaust as a good base and go from there. The weight of the passat will certainly reduce the "bum dyno" feel of the very mild power increase from say an exhaust, but just think of the noise

Try a Stage 1 supercharger kit from VF Engineering or the like, will give you great torque from low RPM to help get the big mother off the line.
