Sounds like the q version u bought is not a 3C0 one or it is buggerd

Tried to do what I could, but those modules won't interface in VCDS. They worked fine in the old C version. I did add all of the right components in the CAN-BUS section. Maybe my Q version is buggered.

The Q version definitely supports all of those. I did that swap on my 08 R36 with a new Q gateway and had no problems. I can also confirm that it was behind the climatronic controls on my wagon.

It sounds like its stuffed what vag com are u using did u initialize the unit
