The panoramic goes better than expected, looks dark from above... but from underneath the glass does not look that dark until the glass overlaps when open. This means the kids can look out through the roof and see the harbour bridge architecture, trees tunnel lights etc.
When the sun is up and the glass is closed it brightens the interior a lot, but you dont feel the solar radiation that much, until you open the glass and the solar radiation hits. With the blind shut, it still lights up , but I dont think anything of it.
On a rainy day the glass roof with the blind open cheers up the interior that would otherwise be sombre... I have to say, I havent had any 35 -40 deg days with it yet...
