OPS to b6 passat

ok. I have installed a rns510. Still needs to be coded as the car it came out of had DYNAUDIO so I have no sound. Someone at a VW dealership will do it for me on saturday.....But- they told me OPS cant be enabled on my car...something about my software is not compatible.
Is this correct? If not could someone point me in the right direction to show them how to do it?

I changed rcd510 to rns510...all.work done by vw. Ops and sound work well...why you shoud have problem ? No makes sense at all...

some things that I might need are a upgraded OPS moduel and can gateway? or not...shot in the dark.....or it should just work maybe

spoke with another service department and they said its not possible as my car operates on a different canbus. Not looking good.

Is any way to put another canbus? Maybe stupid question...but i would like to know.
